We are excited to announce the launch of our latest training initiative – our online Employment Compliance Training modules.

The Fair Work Ombudsman has recently stated that franchisors must educate and train their franchisees as one of the four essential steps to avoid legal and reputational risk when franchisees don’t follow workplace laws.

ER Strategies has developed online Employment Compliance Training modules designed to help franchisors and business owners engage franchisees and managers in their workplace obligations in a flexible and easy-to-manage way, whilst helping avoid liability for non-compliance as an included benefit.

We believe these modules are a fantastic service offering which will help businesses remain compliant with their workplace obligations, protect their brand and avoid financial penalties.
