About
Dan joined ER Strategies, Employee Relations in 2022, with an extensive career working across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Dan has a Master of Business (IR and HR Management) and a Cert IV in Government Investigations. Having led the workplace relations functions at Spotless Group, Vic. Dept of Justice and HESTA Super, Dan is highly experienced in leading complex workplace investigations, cultural reviews and organisational restructures.
Responsibilities
Dan specialises in support clients with performance and conduct issues, strategy and managing exits, as well as conducting training webinars as part of our proactive education service offering.
