David is the General Manager at ER Strategies. He joined the team in 2012 after spending 5 years working with the Fair Work Ombudsman in a workplace investigatory capacity. David graduated from Macquarie University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and holds a Cert IV in Government Investigations.
Responsibilities
David leads ER Strategies’ audit division and specialises in payroll compliance, risk management and remediation. David’s focus is on long-term people and organisational strategy, supporting many clients with enterprise agreement negotiations and union consultations.
