Michael joined ER Strategies as Senior Employment Relations Consultant in 2023 with over 10 years of experience as an employment lawyer and specialist risk practitioner. Michael has a Bachelor of Laws, a Masters of Labour Law and Relations and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Michael has represented multi-national corporations, government and insurance litigants, as well as SME across both Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
Michael specialises in supporting clients though complex disputes, litigation and risk-remediation with a particular emphasis in respect to regulatory and reputational risk management.
