About the FCA and ER Strategies Partnership

Once we realised our visions for the Australian franchise sector were so closely aligned, it was a simple decision for ER Strategies and the FCA to form this partnership, to enable FCA members to grow and operate their franchise business.

Together we want to support you in maintaining compliance with Australian employment laws and help you stay on top of your obligations by providing you with the tools you need to make the right decisions. It is our combined mission that together with you, the FCA franchise community, we can make franchising more attractive to potential new franchisees and raise the compliance standard across the board. 

 

Employment Compliance Helpline Inclusions

This service is accessible to FCA members as an included benefit of their membership. The compliance helpline is powered by ER Strategies and one of our consultants will be pleased to support you with practical ER / IR advice. Whilst the time is nominally limited to 30 minutes per call, we are happy to support you in the following areas
