ER Strategies Pty Ltd understands the importance of privacy. We have adopted this privacy policy as we recognise the rights of our clients and others to keep their personal information private. This privacy policy covers Employee Relations Strategies’ treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect or hold. ER Strategies has undertaken to comply with the national privacy principles contained in the Privacy Act 1998 in dealing with personal information.

In this policy, ‘personal information’ means information or opinions about an individual whose identity is apparent or can reasonably be ascertained from the information.

When you look at this web site, our Internet service provider makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes – the user’s server address, the user’s top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc), the date and time of visit to the site, the pages accessed and documents downloaded, the previous site visited, and the type of browser used.

No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the Internet service provider’s logs.
